Perils of eating out

Had a dr's appt this morning and on the way back decided to stop in and try:

no - ok, that was a run away day dream....400 calories and 18g of Fat...just NO. Oh, but my inner fat girl was salivating!!

Instead I went for one of Chick-fil-A's new salads....the Market Grilled Salad.  180 calories and 3g Fat!


Yummo!  Except!!  You better pay close attention...even when it clearly says 180 calories AND shows the dressing in the picture...dressing AND toppings are not included.  Indulge in those and you will add a whopping 370 calories and 30g FAT!

Kudo's for redo'ing your salads but party foul on the labelling and clarity!!
